I currently work at Andersen Press, a Penguin participated independent publisher of Children’s Books, both picture books and fiction, for France, Italy, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Japan, Korea, the Middle East and Central Asia.
2021 – 2022 – Senior Rights Manager at Pan MacMillan / Picador / Tor / Bluebird
I worked with London based corporate publisher Pan MacMillan managing adult rights for fiction and non fiction across all imprints and all Europe.
2020 – Publishing Consultant at Books Everywhere
I worked with London based international rights agency Books Everywhere as rights manager for the English Language, German, Italian and Scandinavian markets.
2020 – Sub Agent of Literary Fiction and non-fiction
I worked with Florence based Nabu Literary Agency as a sub-agent for the English Language market.
2013 to 2019 – International Rights Director I worked with London based Elwin Street Productions / Modern Books, selling co-edition and disk & royalty rights for a range of illustrated non fiction books, with an outstanding network of relations with publishers all over the world.
2003 to date – Translator of Literary Fiction, non-fiction, children’s fiction and non-fiction, comics and theatre, English and French into Italian
I worked as a freelance professional for a number of publishing houses translating numerous novels and collections of short stories, including Zadie Smith’s curated “The Book of Other People” for Mondadori, Italy, and Travis Baldree’s Legends and Lattes and Bookshops and Bonedust for Oscar Vault, Mondadori.
I have a long experience in translating scripts and translating for the Theatre; my produced and represented work includes Italian translations of plays by Enda Walsh, Anders Lustgarten and Will Eno.

I worked as a freelance interpreter (simultaneous, consecutive, chouchotage and business) for a number of private and public institutions including Universities, European agencies, private companies and conference centres.
